Service plan options
To be as flexible as possible GTAccess offers the four individually tailored plans shown. The plans are available on any manufacturers machine of any age, though an initial chargeable inspection may be required if the unit is not currently under a GTAccess Service Plan.

BRONZE SERVICE PLAN

SILVER SERVICE PLAN

Covers your statutory LOLER inspections. The Health and Safety states in the Code of Practice Regulation 10, “In the case of lifting equipment for lifting persons, testing MUST occur at least every 6 months by trained personnel”. |
As Bronze plan, but includes two services on your platform. All consumable items used will be charged at applicable end-user rate. |

GOLD SERVICE PLAN

As Silver plan, but includes up to four call-outs for unscheduled repairs, should a breakdown occur. Includes all consumable parts used during service visit. Any parts used outside service consumables will be charged at applicable end-user rate. |
As Gold plan, but also includes unlimited call-outs for unscheduled repairs. Includes all parts*, both consumables used on service and any parts used for all repairs. This is the choice for those wanting complete peace of mind and no unexpected surprises. |

* Any parts required due to customer abuse, as opposed to fair wear and tear will be charged at applicable end-user rate. All labour and travelling expenses will also be charged, but we will not commence with work until authorised by you.
