This combined course covers all the content from Towers for Users as well as everything from Low-Level Access. Our expert instructors streamline the content into one learning-packed day.

 

This course will equip you with the specialist knowledge you need to work safely with mobile access towers and low-level access equipment such as podiums. If you're new to towers or tower training, Towers for Users is the ideal starter course. If you'll also be using low-level access equipment, it makes sense to do the combined course, as the most efficient way to gain both qualifications.

WHO SHOULD ATTEND?
This course is suitable for anyone who will be using mobile access towers and low level access equipment at home or at work, including those who have never use the equipment before, have never been formally trained, or those re-taking the course after an earlier qualification expires.

CITB GRANT FUNDING
This course qualifies for Tier 2 CITB Grant funding of £140. GTAccess is a CITB Approved Training Organisation (ATO) and as such our customers are able to claim grants when completing certain courses. CERTIFICATION
A PASMA PhotoCard will be issued to successful delegates who complete the Theory and Assessment sessions at the level they attend the coursewhich has a five year validityperiod.

REQUIREMENTS
Since the safe use of access towers requires that delegates read and thoroughly understand safety notices and manufacturer’s instruction manuals, literacy and language comprehension are important requirements for any tower user.

Similarly, since the assembly and use of access towers can be physically demanding, users should be physically fit and in good health and should, generally, not have problems with eyesight or hearing, heart disease, high blood pressure, epilepsy, fear of heights / vertigo, giddiness / difficulty with balance, impaired limb function, alcohol or drug dependence or psychiatric illness.

REFRESHMENTS
Tea and coffee will be provided throughout the day on all courses at all of our training centres.  Please note that lunch is not provided.

CANCELATION POLICY
Courses cancelled less than 7 days prior to the course date but exceeding 48 working hours will incur a 50% charge. Courses cancelled less than 48 working hours before the course date will incur full payment. GT Access Ltd, reserves the right to cancel a training course at any time due to unforeseen circumstances. Should a course be cancelled alternative dates will be offered or a full refund given.
