Hire Desk - Office Administrator - LUTON
We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our hire department at our LUTON Depot. If you are looking to start a career with a progressive and growing company then this role could be for you. The successful applicant would be working alongside the hire desk, training & accounts departments so the requirements would vary day to day.
Daily responsibilities could involve
- Day to day involvement in our Hire Office, supporting the team
- Communicating with Customers
- Dealing with all training & accounts processes including hire contracts, data collection, updating our CRM systems, credits, spreadsheets.
- Dealing with any customer queries in a professional, friendly manner and advising on equipment needs
- Ensuring postal documentation is sent out.
