Now Hiring: PDI Technicians – Multiple Locations
We are expanding our maintenance team and are looking to recruit additional PDI Technicians across our depots, including Bodmin, Gloucester and other key locations.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing company in a role that offers full training, career development, and the chance to work with a dynamic, professional team. No prior experience is required, but a background in mechanical, electrical, or engineering fields would be beneficial.
Your Role as a PDI Technician:
Conduct Pre-Delivery Inspections (PDIs) and log results into our system
Perform routine maintenance on equipment
Carry out minor repairs as needed
Ensure a safe and clean working environment by following procedures, rules, and regulations
Contribute to the overall success of the team
What We’re Looking For:
Basic mechanical knowledge (preferred but not essential)
A willingness to learn and develop new skills
Self-motivated with a proactive attitude
Ability to work under pressure while staying calm and positive
Strong accuracy and attention to detail
A team player who can collaborate effectively
