GTAccess are able to offer free site surveys, so you never need to worry whether you have ordered the correct machine. Please call your local depot to arrange a convenient time.

Our up to date transportation includes articulated and fixed bed lorries, and is backed up by 4×4 vehicles and trailers for a cost effective and speedy service.

All vehicles are tracked so precise delivery times can be promised, and more importantly, achieved.

All depots have dedicated service engineers who are fully trained in all of our powered access platforms. Backed up with dedicated vehicles and trailers and parts stock, we aim to achieve a first fix repair every time the need arises. Cover is available 7 days a week.

Under the model terms and conditions of the Construction Plant Association (CPA) the hirer is responsible for all damage repair costs and for total loss or write off due to fire, theft or similar circumstances.

It is the hirers responsibility to ensure that they have adequate ‘Hired In Plant’ insurance to cover the above. Unless a copy is provided when opening your credit account, you will automatically be put onto our ‘All Risk’ scheme.

All non-account customers will be put onto this scheme by default.

With GTA Secure you control who uses the machine.

Real time machine location and status tracking from any internet connected computer, smartphone or tablet. With GTA Secure you can also control who uses the machine with an RF Access Control Card or your IPAF card, meaning only your authorised users can operate the machine.

With GTA Secure, real time machine location & status can be seen live from any internet connected computer, smartphone or tablet overlaid on a standard map or satellite imagery. Start time, finish time and usage during any period can all be monitored and reports automatically e-mailed to you.

Geo fencing allows you to set accepted and no go zones and get immediate alerts should the machine enter or leave those areas.

With GTA Secure you control who uses the machine. The simplest way to use the system is with a RF Access card, just swipe it through the keypad and the machine will be enabled, pin codes can also be used if a card is not available. Cards and pin codes can be enabled (and disabled) in real time.  Reports can be produced so you can see which authorized user has used your machine, unauthorised cards and pins will not allow the machine to be operated. For each user, access can be granted for individual machines or to all the machines you have on hire. The ideal card to use is the IPAF operators card and most issued since 2014 already have the RF chip, however we can also issue GTA Secure RF access cards for a minimal charge or you can even use your own ID/Access cards if they are RF standard compliant.
