News 09 March 2023 Share Share Share Share This International Women’s Day GTAccess Ltd took part in an engagement day with Aston Fields Middle School, Bromsgrove to highlight the different career paths taken by women across all industries. Director Jo-Anne Till and Training Manager Katie Tilley presented GTAccess Ltd to 150 eager Year 8 children. They explained the different job roles and career paths available within the access industry & how being a woman should not be a barrier to achieving your goals. Having also explained the importance of safety training within with industry, the highlight for each group was the "how quick can you get into a harness" challenge which all the children found highly entertaining. GTAccess were among a group of extremely talented women from all sectors, from the ambulance & police force to archaeologists & architects and it was a privilege to be asked to take part. Working with schools & engaging with children is something we are very proud to do & we look forward to returning in 2024.
