Highfield Level 3 Award in Emergency First Aid at Work (RQF)

This training course is intended to teach all participants knowledge such as the roles and responsibilities of the first aider and how to assess an incident, first aid skills in cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR), proper use of an automated external defibrillator (AED) and providing immediate first aid to a casualty who is choking, bleeding externally and dealing with hypovolaemic shock.

First Aid at Work Qualifying (FAW)

This first aid training in Birmingham provides participants with a higher level of training to ensure they can administer first aid for numerous conditions. Completion of this course will result in a certified qualification, valid for three years. This course is ideal for individuals exposed to greater hazards, such as construction sites and manufacturing.

First Aid at Work Refresher (FAW-R)

This refresher course is designed for anyone who has completed the first aid at work qualifying course and needs their certificate renewed. Participants will be able to continue demonstrating the practical administration of safe, prompt and effective first aid in emergencies, whilst learning all the latest techniques and having their knowledge refreshed.

Mental Health First Aid (MHFA)

What will I learn?
