IPAF powered access courses in Peterborough




IPAF Operator Training

Operator training includes instruction on how to use the equipment, perform all pre-use inspections and checks, employer and employee obligations as well as how to execute emergency descent operations. Reduce your time at the training facility by doing the theory section of the course online.

MEWPs for Managers

Includes planning and risk assessment, health and safety rules, personal protection equipment, pre-use inspections and maintenance. All personnel who organise or manage work at height must have health and safety training, as well as instructions on how to use equipment from their employer. Our IPAF training centre in Peterborough offers this course as an e-learning option online.

Harness Safety Training

We provide harness training to ensure employees can properly select, inspect and use a safety harness as part of their work in operating MEWPs Both HSE and IPAF recommend full-body harnesses and adjustable lanyard restraints for operators.

The IPAF 3a and 3b courses instruct personnel on how to operate MEWPs safely and effectively. Before using any equipment, all operators must complete IPAF training in Peterborough and obtain certification. IPAF 3a training is designed specifically for all movable vertical platforms, including scissor lifts.
